| Blind shipping |

Orders are automatically shipped with a business card, return label from our location and business name, and invoice, which includes product prices. If an order is at least $100, we will blind ship so that the package does not include an invoice, business card or return label with our address and business name. You must write "blind ship" in the order comments section at checkout or our company information will be included in the shipment. We do not blind ship orders less than $100. |

| Local pickup |

Customers may pick their order up from our Mundelein, IL warehouse location. Select the "Pickup in Mundelein, IL" option at checkout and we will e-mail you when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm central time at 525 North Morris Avenue, Mundelein, IL 60060. Please note that our pickup location is a warehouse only, and customers may not browse inventory. |

We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping as rush options at checkout. (Saturday delivery is available with UPS, too. For Saturday delivery, call us at 866-865-8901.) UPS operates on a Monday-Friday schedule. Account for no delivery on weekends when selecting your shipping option. Orders placed after 4 p.m. CST do not ship until the next business day. When a holiday falls on any of the in-transit days, add one extra day for delivery. See the chart below for arrivals using rush shipping.

Free economy shipping on orders $25 or more.
*Free shipping applies to individual orders shipped within the continental United States via our choice of standard UPS or US Post Office shipping (typically 5 to 10 days, but your time may vary) and totaling $25 or more before applicable tax and after any eligible discounts. Orders more than $250 will ship free via UPS Ground throughout the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. "Free shipping" must be selected as the shipping method at checkout. Not valid on previous orders. Expedited shipping available at actual cost. Please note: For orders that ship free, if product is returned and your order total becomes less than $25 (or $250 for orders to Hawaii and Alaska), $6.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.
For orders less than $25, shipping options include UPS or US Post Office, with many available at flat rates. For time sensitive shipments in the USA, we recommend UPS as your shipping choice. UPS offers guaranteed service and package tracking; the US Post Office does not. Delays with the US Post Office deliveries can and do happen. Shipping options, times in transit and costs are displayed below. Please note that US Post Office transit times are estimates only. Additionally, UPS operates on a Monday through Friday schedule. Orders placed after 4 p.m. CT do not ship until the next business day.

Memorial Day Shipping:
There is no US Post Office or UPS delivery on Monday, May 27. Orders placed after 4 pm central time on Friday, May 24 will ship on Tuesday, May 28. Our offices will be closed on Memorial Day as well.
Orders placed Monday-Friday online by 4 p.m. central time typically ship the same day (on in-stock items, which includes 99% of our inventory). Orders placed after 4 p.m. on weekdays, as well as anytime on weekends, ship the following business day. When a holiday falls on a weekday, orders ship the following business day.
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information via e-mail when your order has shipped. |
