Packages are always shipped as merchandise at their full value for customs reporting. International customers are responsible for customs charges, brokerage fees or taxes that may be imposed by the carrier used or your local government. For example, in Canada this can add more than 25% to your costs on orders valued over $20, which will usually need to be paid at your end before the carrier will deliver. These charges are separate and in addition to the shipping charge paid at checkout. |

Most international orders arrive quickly (typically one week). Please be aware that customs can pick any package at any time and slow delivery by a few days to several weeks or more. We have no control over how long your package may take to clear customs. Due to terrorism concerns worldwide, packages weighing over 1 lb. can no longer be shipped as freight on passenger jets. We are seeing delays in International shipping because of this. This does not affect UPS International shipping. |

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders and PayPal. CODs and Purchase Orders are not available on international orders. Checks and Money Orders from outside USA must be drawn on banks within the USA, no exceptions. Customers outside the USA who are having trouble paying with a credit card may want to try the PayPal payment options.

We offer USPS and UPS shipping for orders delivered outside the United States. All international shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the package and vary based on level of service and your location. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To determine your shipping costs, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and prices. You may check your shipping charge in this manner and be under no obligation to complete the transaction.
