While most customers that tell us a particular color was an exact match in person to the image shown online, on the same color others tell us the color received looks different. The colors you see on your computer monitor only can be used as a guide and are not absolute. There is no substitute to seeing the actual item in person. Every computer renders color differently and, while we ensure that the colors are depicted accurately on our own computers, we cannot control how your computer renders the color. As such, we cannot guarantee that the color you are seeing and the actual color of the items will be the same. Color names are not absolute either. Different companies use the same names for different colors.

We will gladly help you find the color you need. We offer color swatches of our 56 solid color and Umo Lorenzo polyester ties and, if you are in the USA/Canada, you may request up to two free color swatches. If there are similiar colors to the two requested, we will automatically include those colors as well (i.e., please do not make multiple requests under different addresses/names). Click here to request your free color swatches. This will launch a pop-up window, which you may need to allow permission for depending on your browser settings. If you require additional swatches or are outside the USA/Canada, swatches can be ordered for a nominal fee under A1 and A2. If you have access to a Pantone® color chart (physical chart; not digital), we can let you know the closest matching Pantone® numbers for any of our colors. We are 99% in stock, allowing most orders to be shipped immediately. With many e-commerce stores, your order may trigger a separate order to get the goods in from a supplier to fill your order, taking a week or more before your item even ships. That's not the case here. We have a huge inventory so, when we receive your order before 4 PM Central Time Monday through Friday, we can almost always ship it to you the same day. If you are not satisfied for any reason, unworn, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy is listed under the "Customer Service" tab above.

In the USA, shipping charges start under $3.50 for a single item ($4.50 for a heavier item, such as a vest) shipped via USPS First Class Mail. For 10 to 100 items, UPS Ground is most often the best choice with the cost averaging $8 to $15, depending on your location. It is difficult to provide an estimate of international shipping charges as it varies by country, package and level of service. To determine your shipping charges (for domestic or international shipping), enter your order and proceed to checkout. Your shipping charges will be shown during checkout after you enter your address but before you enter any payment information (you will be under no obligation to complete the order). You will see all the shipping options and what each costs. In most cases, you can choose between UPS and USPS as the carrier. For orders shipped outside the USA, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges, brokerage fees or taxes that may be imposed by the carrier or local government.

UPS operates on a Monday through Friday schedule (next-day orders shipped on Friday arrive on Monday). Saturday delivery is available, but at a much higher cost. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us at 866-865-8901. UPS Ground is affordable, reliable and allows you to track the progress of your package online. If you use UPS Ground, the map below shows the number of days your order will be in transit.
