For time sensitive shipments in the USA, we recommend UPS as your shipping choice. They offer guaranteed service and the ability to track your package along the way.

UPS operates on a Monday through Friday schedule.

Orders shipped Next Day Air on Friday arrive on Monday. Saturday delivery is available with UPS at a much higher cost. You'll need to call us with your order if you need Saturday delivery and we can give you a rate quote. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday requesting Next Day Air are shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. When a holiday falls on any of the in transit days, add one extra day for delivery.

Orders placed online by 3 PM Central time will usually ship the same day Monday through Friday on in stock items. We're usually over 99% in stock. Special order items take a few days longer but will be described as such in the product information. Our shipping location is about 30 miles north of Chicago, Illinois. Sales tax of 8.00% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Illinois. We will send an e-mail message when your items ship. If they ship via UPS you will get a tracking number that allows you to check the progress of the shipment along the way online at UPS.com. If they ship via US Mail, you will get a delivery confirmation number. The post office does not post the progress of most packages online on their web site, USPS.com. Usually, the package will not be scanned and posted until it is delivered to the destination. This information will also be available to you online (if you created an account) by signing into your account on our site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks (using e-check), Money Orders and PayPal, and will ship COD via UPS in the USA upon request. Most Debit cards can alo be used.  COD shipments must be paid via cashiers check or money order, there is an additional $9.50 UPS charge on COD shipments. At checkout you will be directed to a secure page (https) to enter your credit card information. Money Orders from locations outside the USA must be drawn on banks within the USA only, no exceptions.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping weight stated on the page. A small handling charge ($1.30) is included with all shipping amounts to cover our costs of shipping supplies and equipment. You will have the option of shipping via US Postal or UPS. For small orders you have the option of shipping via First Class Mail which will give you a shipping cost under $3.00 in many cases. First Class Mail is the least expensive option in the USA. Delivery times for First Class Mail average 3 to 10 days. Times in transit shown for USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed, except in the case of Express Mail. Our packages being shipped via US Mail go out after 5 PM Monday through Friday. At our option, we may change the shipping method that you choose if we are able to get the order to you faster by another method.  

If you choose next day or second day air via UPS, orders placed online by 3 PM central time will ship the same day. If you need an order shipped overnight after 3 PM, please call us as we may still be able to get it out for you.  Our UPS orders are normally picked up between 3:00 and 3:30 Monday through Friday. UPS operates on a Monday to Friday schedule. If you choose Next Day Air on Friday, it will arrive on Monday. If you need Saturday delivery, please call us at 866-865-8901 for a rate quote.

For ties shipped outside the USA, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges, brokerage fees or taxes that may be imposed by the carrier or your local government. UPS brokerage fees, when charged, start at about $35 per package and go up from there. All items shipped outside of the USA must be paid in full before shipping. No COD's or Purchase Orders accepted in these cases. Packages are always shipped as merchandise at their full value for customs reporting. Most packages shipped outside the USA arrive rather quickly but customs officials can pick out any package at any time and slow its delivery by a few days to several weeks or more. We have no control over how long your package may take to clear customs in your country.

Gift boxes are not included with the neckties but are available for purchase from one of the tabs on the left side of the pages.

Quantity Discounts Available For Orders Placed Online:
Discounts are only available on orders that are placed online and fully paid for at the time of shipping. We offer discounts from 2% to 20% depending on the amount of the order prior to shipping. These are only available on orders shipped to a single destination. The discount is not automatic and the following promotional codes must be entered at checkout by the buyer.

You’ll be asked to enter the promotional code at the bottom of the page after you enter your shipping options (right below the images of the payment options). You’ll then have to click back through a couple of screens to get back to checkout where the discount will show up.

Orders Shipped Within The USA

If you are not satisfied for any reason return the unworn/unused items to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original receipt with the ties along with a note letting us know the reason for the return. Failure to provide any paperwork may delay your refund.  Unworn ties may be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
