*The security code is the last 3 numbers on the signature line on the back of your Visa, MasterCard or Discover. It is a 4 digit code above the card number on your American Express.

**Shipping choices include First Class Mail (for packages under 14 ounces), Priority Mail and Express Mail with the US Post Office and Ground, 3 Day Select,  2nd Day Air and Next Day Air with UPS.
